The Australian Flake Salt Co was established in 2013 by two of Australia's most experienced salt industry executives to produce sea salt flakes which make use of seawater from the Great Ocean Road in their production. It's main brand is "South Salt Natural Sea Salt Flakes". The company also produces smoked sea salt flakes. The company has ANZFA and HACCP registration.
